My first short story about dogs taking over the world was written on yellow loose leaf paper, and then typed on my grandfather’s vintage black Underwood when I was eight years old. It was the first time I fell in love, and writing has been the figurative love of my life ever since.

Now, almost five decades later - with a sales career, a writing and speaking career, and a career as a father - the love for my writing friend has never been stronger or more alive.

My first book (others are in the works), The Seven Secrets to Selling More by Selling Less, was released in mid-January of 2019, and the praise has been humbling, to say the least. If you’d like to read some comments, please visit the “What Do They Say” link on the left.

After working in college athletics public relations and fund-raising at Montclair State University in New Jersey and Columbia University in New York City, I switched gears and entered the commission-only, scary world of direct selling, or in-home sales. Fifteen years later, I have set records and have won sales awards and accolades on regional and national levels every year. In that time, I have sold over 40-million dollars worth of products to over 4,000 customers.

I started giving seminars and one-on-one coaching to help fellow sales professionals break out of the traditional sales mold of the “pitch,” focusing on the customer, instead of selling the customer. That basic premise was how the Seven Secrets were born.

Currently, I live in Rhode Island with my family, a dog named Lila and a crazy fun cat named Munchkin. I am available for speaking, sales training, and one-on-one coaching. Please contact me here through my website.

Thank you for visiting, and remember, it’s time to turn on your light.
